Функціональні обов’язки:
- Caring for the company's staff function:onboarding;equal employment/affirmative action;
- health, safety and employee wellnessManagers 3rd parties for HR administration:conducts tenders, controls the quality of the outsourced providers;preparing CAFs and POsdevelops HR information systems;
- control over payroll.Responsible for employee communications and employer branding;
- employment/industrial/labor relations,Prepares HR reporting on regular bases,HR Administration: ensure that local labor law requirements are met, preparation of employee records, HR Central administration, support during restructuring process, preparing contracts, addendums, cooperation with service providerspreparing offers/memorandums
- Coordinating onboarding activities
- Control payments and payroll records in HR system
- Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with external providers to ensure accuracy
- Cooperation with partners for administration and payroll in all countries
- Preparing accruals for bonuses and unused holidays
- Preparing calculation of sales bonuses
- Taking care of turnover reporting and supporting C&B team with analyzes
- Communication with international HR/Finance/Administration team
- Supporting employees with daily questions
- Supports HR manager with administration based on the needs.
Local responsibilities:
HR Administration: preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating; preparing confirmations and garnishments; coordination of applications for work permitPayroll: collecting the data for salary calculation and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place (e.g. transportation bills, decisions on annual leave, etc.)Support during recruitment, coordinating onboarding activitiesAdministrating Medical program for employees and other benefitsParticipate in organization of employees' surveys and teambuilding
Other:
Implement and take into account all instructions and requirements for ensuring health and safety at work,Understanding and functioning in accordance with all standard operating procedures, rules and policy of the company,Caring for a company's reputation with its positive posture and behavior,
Performs other tasks and activities assigned by the supervisor.
Вимоги:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
